Privacy policy

Seahorse (getseahorse.com) is a free library of patient follow-up playbooks. We built it to collect as little about you as possible.

What we collect

We do not offer accounts, comment forms, or a newsletter, so we do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.

Server logs

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) and our network provider (Cloudflare) record standard request logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. They use these logs to keep the site running and protect it from abuse. We do not combine this data with anything else or use it to identify you.

Cookies

The site does not set cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter malicious traffic.

The calculator

Numbers you enter in the no-show cost calculator stay in your browser. They are not sent to us or stored anywhere.

Patient information

Please do not send us patient information of any kind. Our templates are written to avoid protected health information, and nothing on this site asks you to share it.

Changes

If we add analytics or any feature that collects data, we will update this page first and change the effective date above.
